1.Your Contract with Clubmotorsport

When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these conditions. A contract will exist as soon as a booking is confirmed. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions

2. Your Package Price

When you make your booking you must pay in full (unless for group of 10+). The price of your package is guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges.

3. Insurance & Passports

It is obligatory that all travellers hold adequate travel insurance that includes repatriation due to illness or accident. We also recommend that you take out continental vehicle recovery insurance whilst driving abroad. A valid passport is required for the duration of your stay abroad. Non-EU nationals may require a visa for travel in Europe.

4. If You Change your Booking

If, after confirmation, you wish to change your package in any way, we will do our utmost to make these changes if they are possible. We reserve the right to ask for an administration charge, and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the event date that changes are made. Certain arrangements may not be changeable after confirmation and any alteration may result in a cancellation charge of 100%.

5. If You Cancel Your Booking

You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification (e-mail or fax) from the person who made the booking must be received. Since we incur costs in cancelling your booking arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges. Cancellation more than 14 weeks prior to event = 25% of total booking cost. Cancellation between 8 to14 weeks prior to event = 50% of total booking cost. Cancellation within 8 weeks prior to event = 100% of total booking cost. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

6. If We Change or Cancel Your Booking

It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your booking, but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. If we have to make a major change or are unable to provide the booked arrangements, you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative arrangements of comparable standard from us, if available. Please note that in cases of war, riot, industrial dispute, natural disaster/adverse weather conditions or other forms of Force Majeure any compensation claims will be void.

7. If you have a complaint

If you have a problem during your stay with Clubmotorsport, please immediately inform one of the Clubmotorsport personnel who are always on site, who will endeavour to put things right.

8. Our liability to You

We accept responsibility for ensuring that your arrangements, which you book with us, are supplied as originally described. Once the booking is paid for event tickets are issued on arrival at site. Detail of your booking is sent to you on the Sagepay booking receipt/confirmation, including a booking reference which should be quoted on any correspondence. If any part of your booked arrangements is not provided as promised, due to the fault of Clubmotorsport or suppliers, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your arrangements. Our liability in all cases shall be limited to a maximum of the total booking cost.

10. Deposits

From September 2010 it is possible for members to pay a deposit to secure places at any Clubmotorsport event. The deposit facility is available between September and January and full payment, for any event, must be complete by February 15 of the year of the event being booked. The deposit system is only applicable to members booking for Basic Packages, General Entry Tickets and the Shuttle. The deposit system is not available if you are booking Grandstand tickets.


The aforementioned terms and conditions apply to all members of Clubmotorsport upon making a booking. Only Members of Clubmotorsport can book for Clubmotorsport events.


In order to process your booking and to ensure that your booked arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide (such as name, address, etc...) We will not pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your booked arrangements. This applies to any information that you give to us. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.We take responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by law..
